SDY-36 Type molding machine for plastic-injection cap
　　 The factory newly developed an automatically molding injection machine which can produce plastic caps in automatic and circulating form;in comparison with traditional injection machine,this machine has many marked advantages:
1.Low cost and high gain:traditional injection machine needs power of 4KW/heach 1000plastic caps produced while this machine needs power less than 1.5KW/h only,moreover,the latter can save a great deal of cooling water;its material utilization is as high as 98%.
2. High quality products: The technological process of this machine's block press can adopt wide varieties of materials,such as,the material with very low melting flow index;low melting index has better performance of dynamic crack-proof and mechanical performance for high density PE,and has better inpact-proof performance for PP.In addition,properly adjusting heating and cooling temperature for plastics processing can make the molded goods possess better and more stable shape;the cap made by this way has no injection point(running gate's trace), thus the product has more artistic appearance and better printing effect.
